City of Kingman announces temporary utility billing phone payment system downtime

KINGMAN – The City of Kingman is informing residents of scheduled system maintenance occurring this Friday, May 23, which will temporarily impact the city’s utility billing IVR phone payment system.  The IVR system will be unavailable for approximately four hours, beginning at 8:00 a.m.

During this period, utility customers will not be able to process payments through the automated phone system. However, customers can conveniently make their payments online at https://payments.cityofkingman.gov. No account creation is required, and users can quickly submit a one-time payment using their Customer and Account numbers, both of which are located in the upper right-hand corner of their utility bill.

The City of Kingman appreciates the community’s patience during this essential system maintenance.  For additional information or questions, please contact the Utility Billing Department at (928) 753-5561.
