Chophouse makes S&R donation

KINGMAN – On Thursday, Aug. 8, Jesse and Dondi Godinez, owners of the Kingman Chophouse, presented Sheriff Doug Schuster and members of the Search and Rescue- Kingman Unit with a check for $6,900. The money donated was raised during the unit’s annual Taco Dinner fundraiser on July 8. Sheriff Schuster then presented Jesse, Dondi, and staff with a placard of appreciation for their continued support and sponsorship of the Taco Dinner fundraiser. The donated funds will assist in purchasing new equipment and providing necessary training for the Kingman Unit. Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Search & Rescue is an all-volunteer organization with more than 100 members covering all of Mohave County, Arizona.
