MOHAVE COUNTY – Catholic Charities Community Services of Arizona recently appointed Sandi Flores to executive director and vice president of operations for the Northern Arizona region. Flores has spent 20 years making an impact throughout the organization. Since joining the nonprofit in 2006, she has held various roles, including family shelter manager, homeless services programs director and senior programs director.
In her new post, she will lead operations across Northern Arizona, managing a staff of more than 100 team members. Flores will oversee a variety of Catholic Charities programs throughout Flagstaff, Cottonwood, Prescott, Kingman, and Bullhead City. Her areas of focus will include homeless services, veterans’ services, foster care, family stability and child well-being services, as well as youth development programs, through North Star Youth Partnership.
“Sandi Flores’ dedication to Catholic Charities mission, her passion for helping the state’s most vulnerable, and her impeccable leadership has helped our Northern Arizona programs become an indispensable resource to the community,” said Catholic Charities Community Services President and CEO, Paul Mulligan.
Flores holds a Bachelor of Arts in social work from Northern Arizona University, as well as a master’s degree in human services from Walden University.
