“Mustache” Jack L. Wells, aged 80, passed away on Monday, December 24, 2018 at his home in Kingman, Arizona. He was born July 5, 1938 in Omaha, Nebraska to Edward and Lucille Wells. Jack and his siblings were raised in Azusa, California. Jack entered the U.S. Army in 1957 and after his return from being stationed in Germany, started his law enforcement career with Covina Police Department.
