DOLAN SPRINGS – The Mohave County Sheriff’s office has released the name of the man who is believed to have taken his own life during a SWAT team standoff in Dolan Springs last Friday. Spokeswoman Anita Mortensen identified the decedent as James Allen Burroughs, 44. Mortensen said deputies responding to a 3:54 a.m. report of a domestic disturbance encountered gunfire from Burroughs when they arrived at the residence in the area of N Jasper Dr. and W.
