Waters spoke on Kingman United School District’s $35,000,000 bond issue. Flag Football and Cheer Are you ready for some flag football? Registration is now open for area youth, currently enrolled in first through sixth grades, for the Lake Havasu City Parks and Recreation Flag Football and Cheer program. Cost is $52 per participant, which includes a t-shirt for football players or t-shirt and pompoms for cheerleaders.
