Prosecutor Jacob Cote said Christopher Pratt, 25, was unresponsive when discovered slumped in the driver’s seat of a running vehicle on Riviera Boulevard on July 3. BULLHEAD CITY – A Bullhead City woman who admits involvement in a scheme to alter stolen checks for profit faces a mandatory prison sentence after entering plea agreements during an August 12 hearing in Kingman Monday, Aug. 19. Ginger Deboard, 34, admitted violating probation and she pleaded guilty to a single count of fraud in a deal dismissing more than a dozen charges in multiple cases. KINGMAN – A Bullhead City woman caught hocking stolen jewelry and possessing methamphetamine entered a plea agreement Tuesday that could bring time in the Arizona Department of Corrections. Terms of the deal entered August 13 for Amber Wilkinson, 37, afford Judge Billy Sipe the flexibility to place her on probation or impose up to 18 months in prison. The agreement dismisses possession of dangerous drugs and narcotic drugs charges, two counts of possessing drug paraphernalia and three counts of trafficking in stolen property. BULLHEAD CITY – A Bullhead City woman was released from the Mohave County Jail following imposition of sentence in an impaired driving incident that included a crash and a scuffle with police officers. Mohave County Superior Court Judge Rick Lambert on August 12 imposed an 83-day jail sentence for Cali Samson, 21, and credited her for the same number of days spent in custody. KINGMAN – A Bullhead City man charged in an episode of violence evades a possible prison sentence under terms of a plea agreement entered in Mohave County Superior Court on August 13. Terms of the deal require Judge Rick Lambert to place Tyler Ziilch, 38, on probation at a September 9 sentencing hearing. Judge Lambert also has discretion to order up to a year in the county jail and up to $20,000 in restitution. BULLHEAD CITY – A Bullhead City man complained of unfair treatment, but nonetheless encouraged a judge in Kingman to approve the plea agreement that sends him to the Arizona Department of Corrections for a decade.
