KINGMAN – The City of Kingman has been hacked and a massive investigation is underway. Public Information Officer Coleen Haines said it was last Friday when city officials discovered the municipal computer system was the victim of a cyber-attack. “The city has no access to email. We can work with customers through phone calls and in person,” Haines said. “All of the operations are impacted. BULLHEAD CITY – Bullhead City Manager Toby Cotter will be appointing a new Chief of Police at a ceremony on Thursday. Acting Captain Robert Trebes will be sworn in as the agency’s newest Police Chief on Thursday, February 25 at 11:30 a.m. in the Bullhead City Council Chambers. Trebes replaces Brian Williamson who recently retired. Trebes has been with the Bullhead City Police Department since 2004 when he was hired as a patrol officer.
