Activities will reduce the threat of wildfire to adjacent communities KINGMAN – The Bureau of Land Management’s Kingman Field Office, in cooperation with the Pine Lake Fire Department, Mohave County Parks Department and Mohave County Department of Risk and Emergency Management, will conduct prescribed burning near the community of Pine Lake as well as inside Hualapai Mountain Park, starting in early December and continuing through early February, as weather and fuel conditions allow. LAKE HAVASU CITY – At approximately 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 1, , a garage fire was reported in the 3000 block of Sombrero Dr. The first arriving fire company reported fire coming from the garage doors. Four engine companies, one truck company, and a battalion chief responded to the scene and gained control of the fire within 15 minutes. The occupants evacuated the house safely. There were no reported injuries. Ten CERT members responded to the fire to assist with rehab duties for the firefighters.
