Watson alone favored return, salary MOHAVE COUNTY – The hiring of Kingman Vice Mayor Travis Lingenfelter as Mohave County Procurement Director was torpedoed during Monday’s meeting of the Board of Supervisors. KINGMAN – With the growing public health concern regarding COVID-19, the City of Kingman is following recommended guidelines from the Arizona Department of Health Services and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) by limiting public gatherings, and encouraging the public to practice social distancing.
