Clark exits BHC council
BULLHEAD CITY – Mark Clark quietly resigned his Bullhead City council position Sunday and began working as city utility director Monday. Clark said he’ll simply be serving the citizens and the community in a new way. “I believe I made educated decisions on council and that’s what I’ll be doing as utilities director,” Clark said. “It’s just another way for me to help this city.
