Olympic Village, Torch Run to be held in Kingman in April

MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave College president Dr. Stacy Klippenstein has resigned. He was recently appointed as the new President of the College of Southern Nevada.
KINGMAN – Kingman High School’s Joseph McCoy was selected for the third consecutive year by audition for the 2025 Arizona All-State Honor Band. Nearly 600 excelling high school instrumental musicians auditioned for the prestigious ensemble on March 8th during live auditions held at Gilbert High School.
KINGMAN – The City of Kingman will begin installation on a new water transmission main to improve water pressure and overall water service to those residents on the east side of the city. Construction for this project will start at the intersection of Ross Avenue and Washington Street, extending east to Eastern Street, north to Pacific Avenue, east to Sage Street, and northeast to Santa Rosa Drive.
COLORADO CITY – Voters in the north Mohave County community of Colorado City may get the opportunity to change the way their mayor is chosen this spring. Leaders of the municipality are requesting Board of Supervisors approval to conduct a special election on May 20.
