The Journey of Hope South Team is a group of 20 cyclist and six crew members biking across the country in support of those with disabilities and they will be arriving in Kingman on Friday, June 21. The Journey of Hope team will be arriving after a 60-mile bike ride from Lake Havasu City, part of a 4,370-mile cycling event across the country. The Journey of Hope team consists of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity men from across the country. The team will cycle an average of 75 miles per day ending at the United States Capitol on August 10. Every…

Route 66 Cruizers will host their annual car show at Locomotive Park on Sunday, June 23 from 2 to 6 p.m. Registration begins at 1:30 pm. Vehicle entry is $15. There will be raffles, a 50/50 drawing, trophies, awards, and music. Funds raised help to support the Cruisers’ annual Halloween Bash, which is free to the public.
