KINGMAN – Kingman is planning a synergistic convergence of resources to provide a collaborative environment to stimulate community commerce modeled after the Nomadic incubator complex already thriving in Lake Havasu City. A trio of community leaders pitched the concept during the Aug. 20 Kingman City Council meeting.

KINGMAN – Five Arizona construction firms and another in Colorado have plan holder status and are in position to possibly submit bids to build an Interstate 40 traffic interchange (TI) in Kingman. The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) is scheduled on Sept. 6 to open bids for the Rancho Santa Fe Parkway TI.
The City has already paid the agency $48.3 million to administer project construction in northeast Kingman.

The outcome of this process is that you are purchasing land, not a lien. This new OTC bid process will begin this September and end November 30th. Starting in 2025, this process will then be available annually between April 15th and November 30th.
