MOHAVE COUNTY – Tristan Bartels has lived by the lake his entire life, so when it was time to go to college, he decided to stay at home. The center will re-open next spring LEES FERRY – On Sunday, December 1, the National Park Service’s Navajo Bridge Interpretive Center near Lees Ferry will close for the season. Until December 1, hours remain 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., 7 days a week (except Thanksgiving, November 28, when it will close for the day). The Navajo Bridge Interpretive Center will re-open next spring. Sunshine Boylan’s path to becoming a member of the 2019 All-Arizona Academic Team, as well as an honors society member, student council officer and university scholarship recipient has not been easy. At age 15, family financial struggles forced Boylan to drop out of high school in California and get a job.
