LAKE HAVASU CITY – The pedestrians of Lake Havasu will now be getting more safety as eighteen solar powered flashing pedestrian crossing systems will be bought and placed at multiple crosswalks located in the downtown area.
MOHAVE COUNTY – County Health Director Melissa Palmer says that following an emergency meeting with the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) “substantial reductions in federal grant funding have been taken. These cuts will have a direct and immediate impact on the county’s ability to deliver essential public health programs.”
River Cities United Way (RCUW) will be hosting its ninth annual Day of Caring in Kingman on April 19. The Day of Caring involves volunteers from all over the community gathering to clean up litter and trash from Kingman’s public spaces.
