KINGMAN – To limit the spread of COVID-19 in our community, KRMC has implemented strict visitor restrictions―including at the KRMC emergency room (ER). At this time, children under 12 who are not patients are restricted from entering the ER. Please do not bring children to the ER unless they need emergency medical care. Children who are not needing medical care cannot enter the facility. With visitor restrictions, KRMC has no way to accommodate unattended children while their parent or caregiver is receiving medical attention.

MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave County supervisors emerged from a near 90-minute executive session Monday before approving three coronavirus management motions offered by Buster Johnson, the Board’s senior member. Johnson’s first motion was quickly approved without discussion. Supervisors agreed that the Board, at least initially, will conduct three special meetings each week to address any COVID-19 pandemic matters necessary. The meetings will be conducted mostly by telephone while the public can view them during live streaming or in play-back mode on the county YouTube channel. KINGMAN – City of Kingman Parks and Recreation Department has closed its doors to the public, following the new guidance from Governor Ducey’s office. Per the Governor, golf courses are to remain open during this time, however, the city is closing park restrooms, playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, and ramada areas. Cerbat Cliffs Golf Course team members are sanitizing equipment, carts, and touch points to slow the spread of COVID-19.
