MOHAVE COUNTY – The Mohave County Health Department (MCDPH) Nursing staff has been notified of no new confirmed COVID-19 cases reported Monday. There are also no new deaths reported.

KINGMAN – No one was hurt when a popular downtown Kingman eatery was evacuated Sunday, August 30, when smoke filled its kitchen area. Kingman Fire Department personnel responded to Calico’s on Beale St. at 3:23 p.m. Assistant Fire Chief crews detected an electrical fire had spread through the attic area of the restaurant. He said little if any flame was evident though the electrical incident caused significant smoke damage between the ceiling and rooftop.
