New businesses continue to blossom in Kingman

KINGMAN – Site preparation is underway where the Verde Building Corporation is constructing a Dutch Bros coffeehouse and a Filliberto’s restaurant on Stockton Hill Rd. (SHR) in Kingman. Oregon-based Cole Valley Partners is developing the 2.75-acre parcel just north of the True Value Hardware Store. “We’re fully permitted, started construction this week and Dutch Bros will be open in January,” said project manager Ryan Ramey. He said the 862 sq. ft. Dutch Bros will be situated on the “hard corner” and that the 2,500 sq. ft. Filliberto’s further off the arterial should be open sometime in April, if not before….

BULLHEAD CITY, AZ., October 22, 2020 – The City of Bullhead City Public Works Department has the following projects going on in addition to regular work around our city during the week of Oct. 26: ·          City crews will be performing city wide sewer cleaning on Terrace Dr. south to Zircon Ave. and from Emerald Rd. east to Shamrock Rd. and Rubel Ln. east to Palma Way. ·          City crews will be performing street sweeping ahead of the slurry schedule and in the upper Sunridge neighborhood. ·          Street Maintenance Crews will continue brush clearing and shoulder restoration along Bullhead Parkway from Laughlin Ranch…
