Local merchants are invited to a mid-January workshop to learn how to do business with Mohave County. BULLHEAD CITY – Fire Marshal Jim Dykens has retired from Bullhead Fire after 42 years in the fire service. Chief Dykens began his fire service career in October 1977 in the United States Air Force. Mohave County Sheriff K-9 Foundation Board Member Ray McCool is all smiles after receiving a $1,000 check from Jessi Brent and Dan Nemphos, owners of the T-Mobile store in Kingman, on Saturday, Dec. 28. Brant and Nemphos, residents of Bullhead City, donated $1,000 to the K-9 Foundation to be used for the purchase of new K-9s, K-9 training schools.
