MOHAVE COUNTY – The gavel changed hands during Monday’s Mohave County Board of Supervisors meeting, the first of the new year. Supervisor Jean Bishop will serve as Chairman in 2020 after Hildy Angius led the board during 2019. Neighbors who opposed a photovoltaic solar energy project in Fort Mohave were pleased that the Board took no action on three items involving the development project. They applauded when they learned that the property owner has withdrawn and shelved the project.
