MCC planning virtual 2020 graduate recognition ceremony and other events

MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave Community College will honor its 2020 graduates with three separate events. MCC will not be holding a traditional commencement ceremony in May due to the Coronavirus pandemic, instead the college will host a Virtual 2020 Graduate Recognition Ceremony to honor the students’ accomplishments. County virus count at 57; 3 deaths

MOHAVE COUNTY, AZ (April 20, 2020) – The Mohave County Health Department MCDPH-Nursing staff was notified this morning of two positive COVID-19 cases. The first is in the Lake Havasu City service area and the second is the Bullhead City service area. Both persons are in the 65+ age range and both are isolating and recovering at home. The Lake Havasu City case is epidemiologically-linked to another case. It is not known at this time if the Bullhead City case is travel-related, epidemiologically-linked to another case, or the result of community spread. MOHAVE COUNTY – One of the primary functions of the Mohave County Treasurer’s Office is the collection of property taxes that enable the county to provide vital services such as law enforcement, fire and health services.
