KINGMAN – On Monday, May 11th, the Mohave County Republican Party’s District 1 office will re-open their office at 2116 Stockton Hill Rd, Suite B. Even though political activity is Constitutionally protected as “essential” free speech, the office was closed for several weeks.  With restrictions originally issued by Governor Ducey, a number of people were concerned with the Coronavirus, choosing to shelter in place. BULLHEAD CITY, AZ., – May 8, 2020 – City Manager Toby Cotter announced today that all restaurants in Bullhead City will be allowed to reduce mandatory parking spots to establish additional outdoor seating to help serve more customers and provide additional physical distancing. Existing ADA parking stalls and access aisles must remain accessible and safe for use. Effective immediately through the end of June, a Bullhead City business will have the flexibility to add additional outdoor seating even though it may affect established parking spots. MOHAVE COUNTY – Restaurants meeting certain criteria can welcome dine-in customers once again starting next Monday. BULLHEAD CITY – Mohave Electric Cooperative is another step closer to making fiber-optic broadband service a reality for its members with approval by the Arizona Corporation Commission of a financing application in a unanimous 5-0 vote of the Commissioners. In a first-of-its-kind endeavor for an electric cooperative in Arizona, MEC, in partnership with service provider TWN Communications, announced in October a goal to bring fiber-optic based internet access to members in all of its service territory.
