BULLHEAD CITY –  Southwest Behavioral & Health Services (SB&H) and Genoa Healthcare hosted a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Genoa Healthcare pharmacy at SB&H’s Bullhead City location at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 3. The new pharmacy, located at 80 Highway 95, #120, Bullhead City, AZ 86442 will help individuals receiving care from Southwest Behavioral & Health Services stay on their medications through specialized offerings, including pre-filled pill organizers, proactive outreach calls, and prior authorization assistance. The new pharmacy will help improve health outcomes for the residents of Bullhead City and the surrounding community.

MOHAVE COUNTY –  A free financial training workshop series will be held for business owners, managers, and entrepreneurs. The workshop will be held Wednesdays at 4 p.m. from Sept. 20 through Nov. 1. The class will meet for 30 to 45 minutes each week and include online videos, discussion groups and a toolkit for download. Greetings from Kristi Blair, your Mohave County Recorder. It is with great sadness that this will be my last County Corner article as your Mohave County Recorder. Due to continuing health issues I had to make the difficult decision to retire effective September 8th of this year.
