With an impressive 24-year career marked by a relentless pursuit of symbiotic outcomes and a commitment to community development, Larson brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to the Laughlin Chamber.

Larson, currently serving as Vice President of Peake Development, Inc., has a proven track record in fostering profitable relationships and finding creative solutions that benefit all stakeholders. Her expertise in promoting Laughlin and the Tri-state area from a real estate perspective is complemented by a passion for inspiring and empowering community business development on a national scale.

In her role at Peake Development, Larson has been instrumental in developing company and project budgets, negotiating with industry executives, and streamlining construction processes. Noteworthy accomplishments include predicting and overcoming supply chain challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic and significantly reducing permitting times by 35%.

Carrie Isaac Larson’s achievements extend beyond the real estate sector. She successfully lobbied the Laughlin Town Board in support of Marsy’s Law for Nevada (https://www.marsyslawfornv.com), created and organized a high-attendance grassroots rally during the 2020 campaign cycle, and managed a team of volunteers for a Presidential Campaign rally.

Commenting on her new role, Larson said, “I am honored to join the Laughlin Chamber of Commerce and contribute to the growth and prosperity of the local business community and residents. My goal is to leverage my experience and passion for community development to create a positive impact on a broader scale.”
