Bullhead woman arrested for armed robbery of local Harbor Freight

arrest

BULLHEAD CITY — A Bullhead City woman allegedly robbed the local Harbor Freight store on Tuesday, October 7. Police were notified of the incident at the business located in the 1900 block of highway 95 at about 8:00 p.m.

“Store employees reported that a woman entered the business, claimed she had a gun, and demanded money from the register,” said police department public information officer Emily Fromelt. “The suspect left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.”

Fromelt said a woman matching the description of the suspect was subsequently located walking near Trane Road and Ramar Road. Brandi Gonzales, 46, was arrested for armed robbery.

Fromelt said Gonzales was not in possession of a weapon, but that none of the cash was recovered. She said detectives are investigating the possible involvement of an accomplice.
