BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. — The City of Bullhead City is recognizing the community’s participation in its recent Residential Hazardous Waste, Electronic Recycling and Bulk Item Disposal event, which provided residents with a convenient way to responsibly dispose of unwanted household items, electronics, tires and bulk waste.
The Bullhead City Hazardous Waste event, held Sunday, October 18, welcomed 369 vehicles, demonstrating strong community participation in responsible waste disposal.

The Electronic Recycling and Bulk Item Disposal events resulted in the collection of 161 televisions, 4,660 pounds of miscellaneous electronic waste, 3.77 tons of tires, and 4.99 tons of bulk items.
The collection of electronic waste helps keep potentially harmful materials out of landfills while allowing recyclable components to be handled appropriately. The proper disposal of tires and bulky household items also helps reduce illegal dumping and supports a cleaner, healthier community.
