Bullhead City offering indoor pickleball at Boys and Girls Club

BULLHEAD CITY – Bullhead City, in collaboration with the Bullhead City Pickleball Club and the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Colorado River, is offering sessions of indoor pickleball at the Boys and Girls Club Bullhead City Branch Gymnasium.

Currently, the Bullhead City Pickleball Club is hosting sessions Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to noon. Starting Tuesday, April 9, the Bullhead City Recreation Division will offer indoor pickleball sessions on Tuesdays from 6 to 9 p.m., Thursdays from 7 to 9 p.m., and Sundays from 7 a.m. to noon.

The new sessions are being held as a replacement for pickleball sessions typically held in the Optimum Community Center Gymnasium that have been canceled while the Gym is closed for remodeling, and the parking lot is expanded.

“When we closed the gym for remodeling, there was a lot of demand for indoor pickleball, so we’re really happy that we were able to find this solution,” said Recreation Superintendent David Heath.

All sessions are $3 to attend. Sessions will be available until the end of May.
