BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. — The Bullhead Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce its 2026–2028 Board of Directors and Community Representatives. This new board brings together experienced business and community leaders who will help guide the Chamber’s work in supporting local businesses, strengthening regional partnerships, and promoting economic growth throughout the Colorado River region.






Incoming Chair Janice Berkenheger, owner of Janice Berkenheger Coaching, will lead the board as it begins this new term. She brings a strong commitment to leadership, collaboration, and expertise on corporate education to the chamber.
The Chamber welcomes five newly elected directors:
* Amber Winters – Owner, Powder Keg Guns & Ammo LLC (plus co-chair of the Chamber Ambassadors)
* Livia Hendrickson – Supervising Case Manager, Nation’s Finest
* Dana Walter – Chief Executive Officer of the Bullhead City/Mohave Valley Association of REALTORS®
* Amanda Wallace – Owner of Flag Wavers of Bullhead City and Marketing Manager of Murphy Broadcasting
* Tina Paden – Chief Culture Officer, Serenity Hospice & Home Health.
The Chamber also congratulates the following incumbent directors who were re-elected to serve another term:
* Karen Summitt, Owner, Summitt’s River Realty
* Denise Groff, Customer Experience Coordinator, Bullhead City Tire Pros
* Ellen Brown, Board Member, Colorado River Historical Society
Continuing their service on the Board are directors whose current terms remain active:
* Cole Young, Superintendent, Mohave Valley Elementary School District (Outgoing Board Chair)
* Rick Campos, National Director of Safety, Technical Support, and Training for Tristate WiFi by Wi-Fiber
* Jonathan Martell, Chief Operating Officer, Mohave Electric Cooperative
* Adam Rodriguez, Western Region General Manager, DOT Foods
The Chamber also recognizes its Community Representatives, who serve as appointed members of the Board and provide valuable insight, engagement, and connections to key Chamber programs and the local business community:
* Cat Smith, Chairperson of the Chamber Ambassadors, representing the Chamber’s Ambassador Program and its continued focus on member engagement and outreach.
* Mehdi Azarmi, Los Matadores, serving as a community representative and providing valuable business insight and perspective to the Board.

The Chamber also extends sincere thanks to John Hassett of Serenity Hospice & Home Health and Heidi Ford of U.S. Bank for their many years of service on the Board of Directors. Their leadership and commitment have made a lasting impact on the Chamber and the business community.
Over the next few days, the Chamber will introduce each of its five newly elected directors in a special series highlighting their backgrounds, community involvement, and goals for the future.
