LAKE HAVASU CITY – Get your ears ready for your favorite songs as musician Brett Reid will be making a comeback in Lake Havasu. Originally from Central California, Reid developed an interest in music very early on. Both of his parents shared a love of music and played guitar and sang. They passed on their talents to Reid, who has been playing guitar since the age of three. By age 19, the musician moved to Idaho and began entertaining regularly at various venues. Over time, the artist began to branch out to different states like California and Arizona.
The vibrancy of the Lake Havasu music scene caught his attention and Reid joined in on the action for a few months last year. This will be Reid’s second season of concerts in town. The artist enjoys playing folk rock and country tunes.
This month, Lake Havasu will have many opportunities to hear his music. Throughout his season, he will be playing at some of Havasu’s nightlife hotspots like Harleez and Hot Rods and Hangar 24. Reid will be performing songs by well-known artists like Gordon Lightfoot, Jim Croce, James Taylor and many others. The musician engages audiences by providing them with information with stories behind the songs. Reid will kick off his season on Saturday, January 13 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Summeray Wine Bar and Eatery. His last concert in Lake Havasu will be on April 12.
