LAKE HAVASU CITY – Great news for all shopaholics and fashionistas. Define Boutique will be hosting a scavenger hunt that will spotlight some of Lake Havasu’s most distinctive small businesses.
Owner of Define Boutique Kristina Winstead moved to Lake Havasu 17 years ago. Winstead’s business at first debuted as a parttime popup store at The Shops of Lake Havasu location.
The store’s clothing and accessory products continued to attract local shoppers so much so that the entrepreneur moved her business to McCulloch Boulevard’s Quail Ridge Plaza. The launch of the scavenger hunt will include 13 local businesses all geared up to show off their products and services to the public.
Each store location will be supplied with bingo cards and games where customers can play for a chance to win gift certificates. Fill your Friday by making a stop at the various participating shops like Olive+Ella for their selections of homecare products like such as candles and skincare bath bombs.
You can even make a visit at Our Shabby Shack and Book Exchange and browse through their variety of books and unique gift ideas. Coffee lovers will appreciate Loaded Gun and Coffee being on the route and can enjoy the shop’s delicious beverages. To find out more about this fun shopping event, you can call Define Boutique directly at 928-846-5343. The Small Town Runaround Scavenger Hunt will be on Friday, September 13.
Operating hours for the hunts are based on each store’s opening and closing times. With the absence of our winter visitors, the small businesses of Lake Havasu can sometimes be presented with extremely slow shopping periods in the summer months, which is why Winstead wishes to give these hidden gem businesses a boost to kick off this autumn’s shopping season.
