A local lawmaker is among Arizona senators calling for an examination of Maricopa County voting equipment and ballots for possible tampering to impact the outcome of the Presidential election. Dist. 5 state senator Sonny Borrelli said testimony at an informal hearing established probable cause to inspect the items given allegations of counterfeit ballots and alteration of votes in cyberspace.
Speaking at the Feb. 5 coffee with the mayor event in Lake Havasu City, Borrelli said he and other senators will continue pushing the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to cooperate with a subpoena to allow the inspection.
Borrelli said a statewide investigation should follow if tampering is discovered in Maricopa County.

Borrelli is incompetent. Its just grandstanding by the Arizona Senate Republicans that had their pictures taken with the crazed Giuliani. This questions were answered, and litigated already. They wouldn’t know anything about voting equipment and would hire a compromised “consultant”. Come back to earth, Mr. Italian Stallion. (He had that sign on his desk at the legislature)

I’m thankful the Arizona election process is being examined by the Senate and Legislature. It’s important that we have confidence in our election results. Not only for political candidates but the issues that affect our state and nation.
