BCSD schedules meeting to discuss Title I funding, seek parental input

BULLHEAD CITY – The Bullhead City School District will hold a public meeting April 11 to
discuss Title 1, a federal grant program for school districts with large concentrations of low-income
students. BCSD and other districts receive supplemental funds to assist meeting students’
educational goals.
The annual meeting starts at approximately 5:30 p.m. at BCSD offices, 1004 Hancock Road.
It will be incorporated into the workshop for BCSD governing board members and the public prior
to that evening’s monthly school board meeting.
District officials will explain BCSD’s Title 1 grants and discuss ideas to improve parent and
community involvement policies and activities.
