City offices to remain closed to the public until May 11

KINGMAN – In following Governor Ducey’s Executive Order (2020-33) the amended “Stay Home, Stay Healthy, Stay Connected,” the City of Kingman is continuing the current closures of all city buildings (except the Municipal Courthouse and Cerbat Cliffs Golf Course) to all public access until May 11, however we are still conducting business remotely, through mail, email, online platforms, and telephone. No special event permits will be issued for the month of May. This does not implement a curfew in the City of Kingman. Free COVID-19 testing Saturday in Kingman

KINGMAN, AZ (May 1, 2020) — The Arizona Department of Health Services has announced a statewide free Arizona Testing Blitz at various locations throughout the state. This 3-day event scattered over three Saturdays in May (May 2, 9, 16) is aimed to increase the testing of COVID-19 in the state. In Mohave County, Sonora Quest will be conducting a drive-thru testing event at Kingman High School, 4182 N. Bank Street tomorrow, Saturday, May 2 from 7am to 1pm. CRUHSD community forum cancelled

BULLHEAD CITY – Colorado River Union High School District (CRUHSD) Superintendent Todd Flora has cancelled his monthly community forum scheduled for Monday, May 4.  This second consecutive cancellation is due to COVID-19 State-mandated assembly restrictions, including the closure to the public of school district offices.  Flora expects to resume the forums upon guidance from Gov.
