KINGMAN – A large parcel of property provides interesting development opportunity in downtown Kingman once it’s sold by the state of Arizona. LAKE HAVASU CITY – The Lake Havasu City Police Department warns the community about a fraudulent telephone scam seen recently in Lake Havasu City. Officers with the Lake Havasu City Police Department recently investigated a fraudulent telephone call where an unknown caller identified themselves as a member of the Lake Havasu City Police Department to the victim. Romero’s third plea accepted, five-year sentence imposed for assault

BULLHEAD CITY – After separate judges rejected two previous plea agreements deemed too lenient, a third plea deal has been accepted for a Bullhead City man who was charged in separate assault cases. Mohave County Superior Court Judge Rick Lambert also imposed a five year prison sentence for Luis Romero, 26 on August 7. Lambert told attorneys when he rejected a previous plea on July 23 that he would not approve any deal involving less than five years.
