The Haiti kidnapped missionaries: consider the costs of such trips

Dear Editor, The missionaries consisting of 16 Americans and 1 Canadian kidnapped by the Haitian “400 Mawozo” gang on Oct. 16 is extremely scary. The gang has threatened to kill the humanitarian Christians if a million dollar per person ransom is not fulfilled. The group consists of men, women, children, and an 8-month-old baby. These missionaries have sacrificed their time and paid their own way to go to the poorest place in the Western hemisphere to try to spread God’s love and save some souls. Community culture-shock

Dear Editor, Imagine the culture-shock, while visiting friends in Kingman, of being visually assaulted by a guy prancing about in an adult diaper in a large glass living room window—going in and out the open front door to punch the doorbell—to then full frontal nudity, whipping off said diaper, while caretakers are in the front yard. It must be exasperating for them to try and contain this resident individual freeing willie, whenever, as he can’t keep clothes on. Obviously, he delights in the attention as he gets bored inside, and apparently gets excited doing this exposure escapade. Equally appalling is…
