As a parent and grandparent, I am concerned about the future my children and grandchildren will inherit. I believe in women’s rights. The Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade and the subsequent resurgence of Arizona’s 1864 abortion ban have left me worried about the kind of world my family will grow up in.

Kari Lake likes to say that she is the only woman in the race for U.S. Senate in Arizona who has given birth, experienced pregnancy, and experienced the joy of motherhood.
That’s why it was so shocking to me to see Kari Lake say how happy she was when Roe vs. Wade was overturned two years ago this week.

Voter registration for the Primary Election closes on July 1, 2024, at midnight. Residents may register, re-register, or change voter information by completing a voter registration application on the Mohave County recorder’s website at www.mohave.gov or online at www.servicearizona.com.
KINGMAN – The City of Kingman is sponsoring fireworks at 9:15 p.m. for an Independence Day celebration taking place at the Mohave County Fairgrounds, July 4. Fireworks can also be seen from Firefighter Memorial Park, Centennial Park, and other places around the city.
Consumer fireworks are not permissible within the Kingman city limits, per Kingman City Code 7-302(A).
