One arrested in BHC stabbing incident

BULLHEAD CITY – Police in Bullhead City report a fight between two men escalated into a stabbing. Officers responded at 2:20 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 16 to an apartment complex in the 1600 block of Havasupai Drive.

Agency spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said the victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening wound to his abdomen.

“The suspect, Raymond Michael Gurrola, 35, Bullhead City, was immediately taken into custody,”

KINGMAN – The wife of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz campaigned in Kingman on Monday, September 16 to encourage Kingman’s Democratic population to continue the campaign themselves for about 50 days until voter registration ends – 29 days before election day. KINGMAN – Pioneer Country Gun & Knife Show will host their annual Gun & Knife, Coins & Collectibles Show at College Park Community Center, 1990 Jagerson Ave. The event will be held Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 28 and 29. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday. The event is open to the public. Admission is $7 per day or $12 for both days.
