KINGMAN – Eighteen wheelers will be permitted to park in a portion of the parking lot where the former K-Mart store is located on Andy Devine Avenue in Kingman. A modification of a Conditional Use permit allowing that to happen was approved during the January 7 City Council meeting. City Planner Rich Ruggles said the Pilot Travel Centers project will provide up to 17 parking spaces for big rigs visiting the Flying J Truck stop. LAKE HAVASU CITY – Retired Lake Havasu City Manager Charlie Cassens announced Monday on Facebook that he is withdrawing from the District 4 Mohave County Board of Supervisors race.
