MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave County Public Works Director Steve Latoski announced this afternoon “After rigorous flushing and disinfecting through the past week, our latest samples came back negative/clear to which we are lifting the boil water advisory for the I-40 Water System customers this afternoon.” He also mentioned that “our disinfection and system flushing exercises continued through the week without any negative developments.” There had been an extended advisory period due to certain meticulous coordination with the Prison that involved work to isolate the Prison’s stored water while staff flushed the system through pressure from adjacent Well #7.  Latoski said…

KINGMAN – Beginning the first week of September and continuing through the month of October, the City of Kingman will be conducting pavement preservation projects throughout the city. Grading, different roadway seal applications, and striping will be completed during different phases throughout the two-month period.
