LAKE HAVASU CITY – A Lake Havasu City man was fatally injured when the motorcycle he was operating struck a cow north of Kingman last Thursday, Dec. 7, according to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO). Agency spokeswoman Anita Mortensen said deputies responded at 6:15 p.m. to the accident in the vicinity of milepost 27 on Stockton Hill Road. The accident victim has been identified as Ryan Eckhardt, 64.
