Are you sure you’re still able to vote?

Dear Editor,

Are you sure you’re still able to vote? Do not lose your VOICE!
If you’ve moved, changed your name, or just assumed your registration is fine, now is the time to check. Too many Arizonans discover on Election Day that their registration has lapsed or been flagged.
Mail‑in voters should also note recent postal slowdowns. Ballots need to be requested, completed, and returned earlier than in past years to ensure they’re counted.
Our democracy in Mohave County depends on participation. Check your registration today, remind your neighbors, and keep our civic life strong and accountable.

  1. Lydia Durst needs to inform the public if candidate DAVID ROSE for LD 30 is eligible to vote because there is no proof that he petitioned the court to have his voting rights restored in Arizona; if you look up his past voting record in Kentucky, the response is “inconsistent“ so I don’t know why he’s even sitting on the school board in Lake Havasu as the president because it looks like the guy is defrauding the county; as far as his eligibility is concerned this needs to be clarified because in the case of Leo, biasushi he had to have his own felonies “set aside“ therefore acknowledging the laws in the state of Arizona, and unfortunately David Rose has not done the same he needs to be ousted immediately; he needs to resign and he needs to go back to his home state of Kentucky and fix his own messes that are still lingering on. If people did a background on David Rose they would see that currently as far as this month of December 2025 he was taken a court twice by two different collection agencies. The guy claims he’s reformed or whatever fraudulent statements he spews out. But he’s a career criminal and that’s all he’s ever going to be.
