LAUGHLIN, Nev. – Aquarius Casino Resort and Edgewater Casino Resort will invite guests to enjoy intimate Valentine’s Day meals at Café Aquarius and Hickory Pit, available throughout Valentine’s Day weekend, Thursday, Feb. 11 to Sunday, Feb. 14.
Café Aquarius at Aquarius Casino Resort will offer a surf and turf featured dish, available from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11 to Sunday, Feb. 14. The meal will include a salad; entrée of New York steak and shrimp served with cheddar and jack cheese-stuffed baked potato, fresh broccoli and rolls with butter; and fresh strawberry shortcake for dessert. The meal will be priced at $24 per person or $21.60 per person when redeeming True Rewards points to pay the check in full.
At Edgewater Casino Resort, Hickory Pit will serve a romantic dinner available from 4 to 10 p.m. exclusively on Sunday, Feb. 14. The meal will begin with New England-style crab cakes with roasted red pepper and garlic aioli, followed by a Boston bib wedge salad with bourbon balsamic dressing. Entree selections include the choice between: 6 oz. beef filet served on a bed of wild mushrooms with port wine sauce glace 4 oz. lobster tail served française style with crab and shrimp stuffing, topped with a creamy scampi sauce served with baked zucchini fries with fresh parmesan; roasted lamb chops with candied garlic with rosemary-roasted potatoes and baked zucchini fries with fresh parmesan; or maple mustard-glazed chicken with three cheese potato gratiné and baked zucchini fries with fresh parmesan. To complete the meal, guests may select wild berry shortcake with vanilla cream or red velvet cheesecake. The meal will be available at $60 without a True Rewards card, or $54 with a True Rewards card when redeeming True Rewards points to pay the check in full.
