Applications open for Airport & Industrial Park Advisory Commission vacancy

KINGMAN, Ariz. – The City of Kingman is accepting applications to fill a vacancy on the Airport & Industrial Park Advisory Commission (AIPAC). This appointment will serve a partial term through December 31, 2028, and applications are due by Monday, July 27. The Kingman City Council will appoint an applicant at its August 4, 2026 meeting.

The Airport & Industrial Park Advisory Commission provides advice and guidance regarding the creation, implementation, and revision of the Kingman Airport Master Plan, as well as policies that impact the City’s Industrial Park. The Commission reviews the City’s progress in fulfilling the goals and objectives outlined in the Master Plan and focuses on promoting positive relationships among aviation activities, industrial park operations, and the community through citizen education and involvement.

The Commission meets bi-monthly on the third Monday of February, April, June, August, October, and December at 3 p.m. Appointed members are expected to attend meetings and actively participate in discussions and decision-making.
