American Speakers Association to open chapter in Kingman

KINGMAN – The American Speakers Association is forming a new chapter, AC Communicators, which will meet at the Kathryn Heidenreich Adult Center (KHAC) a 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 2, for a demo meetings. The new chapter will help residents who want to improve their communication and storytelling skills.

If you fear giving presentations or expressing your views or ideas to others, you can turn that around by attending meetings where a chapter helps individuals get over those fears. The cost is $2 per meeting, or less if you want to be a regular member at KHAC.

Chapter 1, Legacy Speakers of Kingman, are still meeting on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. at Kingman Regional Medical Center Cholla Conference Room, 3269 Stockton Hill Rd. America Speakers Association purpose is to help build chapters in communities so residents can be more proficient in presentations, communication, debates, storytelling, job interviews and more.
