Alleged pill pusher faces incarceration

KINGMAN – An alleged pill pusher from California faces a possible prison sentence for a Bullhead City drug bust. Hogan Marshall, Palm Desert, 29, pleaded guilty to possession of dangerous drugs for sale during an Oct. 7 hearing in Kingman.

Deputy County Attorney Jacob Cote told the court that Marshall was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over at 1882 Lakeside Drive on Aug. 5. He said a search of Marshall’s fanny pack netted seizure of 150 Xanax pills and about $2,000 in cash.

Charges dismissed through the plea deal include possession of narcotic drugs, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Marshall is eligible for probation but could get up to five years in prison when sentenced Nov. 5 by Mohave County Superior Court Judge Rick Lambert.
