KINGMAN – Friends of Mohave County Animal Shelter volunteers will have puppies and dogs from the shelter available for adoption at Rt 66 Rotary Club Festival of the Arts on Saturday, May 11 and Sunday, May12 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Metcalfe Park, 315 W. Beale St.
Many of these beautiful dogs have been at the shelter for a little while and staff are excited to show them off to potential adopters while giving them a fun day at the park!
Adoption fees for dogs over one year and over 40 pounds are subsidized so you can bring home your new best friend for just $25.
All are spayed or neutered, microchipped and current on vaccines. All dogs are sent home with a new martingale collar and leash included in their fee. Adoption fees also include a free wellness check with a local veterinarian and a coupon book with huge savings on everything you will need for your new addition provided by PetSmart.
They will also have pet related items for sale for donation including: collars, pet dishes, sprinklers and splash pads just in time for summer fun!
