LAKE HAVASU CITY – Join Mayor Cal Sheehy, City Manager Jess Knudson, the Lake Havasu Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Keep Havasu Beautiful Committee for a special Halloween edition of Coffee with the Mayor and City Manager on Friday, October 31, from 8:30 to 10 a.m. in the Council Chambers at 92 Acoma Boulevard South.
This isn’t your average morning brew! Some 25 years ago, a mysterious time capsule was buried beneath the city, and on Halloween morning, it’s finally being unveiled. What secrets from the past will emerge? There’s only one way to find out.
Come enjoy coffee, conversation, and a few frightfully fun surprises as we dust off a piece of Havasu history.
Please note that this special edition replaces the regularly scheduled Coffee with the Mayor and City Manager on Friday, November 7. There will not be a meeting on November 7.
The next regular Coffee with the Mayor and City Manager is held on Friday, December 5, from 8:30 to 10 a.m., also in the Council Chambers.
Costumes are encouraged, curiosity is required, and everyone is welcome!
