Over three hundred participate in Mud Mania over weekend

mud mania

KINGMAN, Ariz. – Many took part in Mud Mania Thursday in Kingman’s Firefighters Park, including returning participants. Fun was had by all.

Kingman Parks & Rec Superintedent Yvonne Cossio said 351 participated while approximately 350 came out to watch the kids having a blast. It was also rewarding for her and her staff.

“Watching the smiles of those competing and crowning our champions is the best reward,” Ms. Cossio said.

All competitors raced in their own age groups, she said, and once the race was over, they found the top two with the best overall times and awarded them.

“We received a lot of positive feedback from those who participated and especially from returning participants,” Ms. Cossio said.

“The fun and experience is something to carry on for generations.”
