KINGMAN – A small brush fire was started on Hwy. 93 south, less than a mile from West Beale Street near Kingman Sunday evening. High winds and extremely dry conditions made this smoldering fire spread quickly and grow in size in seconds. It is not certain how the fire was started. The Kingman Fire Department put it out quickly. Due to continued high winds and dry conditions, fire restrictions remain in effect this week
